Ham chain is currently 10x cheaper than Base, but still uses Base. This makes it feasible to process hundreds of thousands of onchain tips every day on behalf of users. Ham and other coins are constantly be transferred throughout the Farcaster ecosystem because of this and people are thoroughly enjoying themselves. This is only the beginning. I am bullish on Ham chain. Ham = Base = Ethereum Absolutely no hard feelings towards woj. We have different opinions. I've been building on Ethereum since 2017 and as a builder and EVM maxi I absolutely love a chain that is uses ETH as gas and is extremely low cost.

imo ham is the most interesting thing out here to me, and frankly, im not sure how much else at the moment would keep me (and i think alot of others too) interested in farcaster right without it. im just a user tho, i dont know much, but thats how it is to me. i like ham, i like base, i like solami, i like hamchain, and mfers do what they want, always has been

cheaper fees are a solid argument for an own chain ofc im speaking here from a broader farcaster perspective then the focused experience of ham users — also no hard feelings, i trust your product sense im just salty that we have so many novel and interesting token distribution systems and they all live on 3 different chains 🍖x1000

From one EVM maxi to another. Thank you for coming up with onchain tipping and instead of saying it can’t be done, you used the tech we have (L3’s) to do it.

Thankful for Optimistic rollups. Ham Chain seems perfectly aligned with that vision—paving the way for scalable, user-friendly transactions. Bullish on @deployer, /lp, and Solami!

Exactly this, plus Degen L3, is why I think we can scale this for mass adoption until the time comes when we need L4s. 🤪 High L1 fees were a massive barrier. L2s and L3s, I think, help the entire ecosystem breathe easier. Why waste L2 resources when we have a genius Platypus dev who can compress all tips onto one efficient network? The liquidity issue seems arbitrary. As a power user myself, I have no issues juggling between different platforms. For new users, I think we need to build tools that consolidate all this activity in one place—more advanced frames, more in-depth Farcaster integration like a mini app for the whole network?

Fast, cheap transactions built on top of base This is where I'm at on hamchain It is interesting that degen uses degen for gas I think I like the eth gas better on hamchain it paints a better picture for me
