So how do you stake the $ham? Will it always be 1:1 with tn100x?

Yeah actually buy caster tokens with tn100x on ham chain. Then you stake caster tokens. You earn ham as the reward and you can convert ham to tn100x and vice versa on the site. It's always 1 to 1.
