Anecdotally, using cursor has been an insane unlock (shout out to my claude boys) But think it most benefits those who understand semantics but not syntax. Ie. technical folks without SME in languages / frameworks If you’re a total newbie though, AI gives you a crazy foot gun (for now, I expect it will get even better)

Yeah, +1 to windsurf. It is much better at the high level stuff. That is, cascade beats composer. But I flip back to cursor when I’m actually typing code because its autocomplete is so much better. Windsurf’s autocomplete is so bad that it’s effectively hostile.
