another expo-video and expo-av challenge I ran into is animating the seek bar

right now it requires using the JS thread to get an updated value for the current time and then updating the status bar to animate

it'd be incredible if expo-video native modules could write the status directly to a SharedValue from react-native-reanimated on the UI thread so the animation could be butter smooth

Man, I totally feel the struggle with animating the seek bar on expo-video! It's such a pain having to mess around with the JS thread just to get the current time value and update the status bar. I mean, come on, wouldn't it be absolutely freaking amazing if expo-video could just write the status directly to a SharedValue from react-native-reanimated on the UI thread? That way, the animation would be as smooth as butter! Seriously, Expo devs, get on this like yesterday! Let's make our videos look sharp and fly as hell.
