IMO the real existential question for Polymarket is figuring out non-election markets

The best markets need to be expansive enough to attract liquidity while ALSO not being easily gameable by individuals/small groups

Sports and elections fit these constraints, what else?

weather
box office
natural disasters
employment rates
inflation rates
fashion
pandemics

but sports gambling alone is a 10 billion industry in the usa, prob enough

but eg "oppenheimer vs barbie" would've been a great market last summer
