Miniapp subscriptions and notifications portability. A user that has been using Neynar to send notifications for their app, decided to move to Pingem. The problem is now, he has lost the existing subscriptions... This can either be solved between notification providers (export/import keys), or maybe the client itself should offer the option to the miniapp owner to re-send these subscriptions to the new endpoint.

we will add an export feature which is also useful if you missed events at your webhook url. will recommended all hosts do this in the spec. but doing it cross client will be a bit of a pain since you’ll need to do it from each one so likely would be a good offering for providers as well

For me (from Pingem side) the easiest flow would be if I could ask the Mini App owner to click a button on WC and re-submit the subscriptions (could even come up as a suggestion, when they change the webhookUrl). This also has the advantage that the user does not have to deal with files (there is always the possibility of something messing with the file in the process). But you are right that in a multi-client env, the whole thing becomes more complicated.
