I gifted someone an invite with warps, they downloaded the app, but when they clicked on the invitation link, it directed them straight to the page where they have to pay. Also,  After clicking "continue," it shows "failed to purchase, try again."

Does anyone know what might be the best way to resolve this?

they need to sign up with the exact same email that is associated with the invite

I only received an email with a link that I shared, in the process I was never asked to associate an email

when they clicked the link they had to provide an email
