They don’t have to be memecoins, take a look at the clankers used on functioning applications The creation mechanics can remain the same but we need smart coins that do something more

Same question was probably asked about crypto punks when they were made into NFTs. What is the value of ownership of a digital thing that can be duplicated infinitely? There’s value in the community, in being on the ledger, in flexing how much you have of a meme. It’s proof of concept in the value of shared appreciation of things— even silly things.
