Actually, it's pretty much the opposite. Kubernetes shines at large-scale (when used & managed correctly ofc). Next.js (esp. 13+) is amazing for small example apps but can get an overcomplicated mess when growing beyond (where best practices basically do a 180Β° which is a nightmare for newbies).
