I don’t disagree entirely with you. Honestly, purely self-sovereignty isn’t going to happen overnight. And while it is always a great concept and something we should work towards, it also doesn’t jive well with current monetary systems in the society. We can’t replace them all right now, do we?

Never said it’ll be direct mainstream adoption. It’s a step closer. And for users to own BTC and create wallet or use for payments, UX have to be infinitely better than now. Also, using for payment needs a lot more than just tech. For now, a win is a win.

Thanks for the welcome! I’m still experimenting with Farcaster at the moment. I have been using and experimenting with LLMs since GPT-2 (not that long ago). Built a few fun projects with AI, been experimenting a lot, and it just naturally kicks off from there. Now I give workshops and guide people.

Ngl. It took me a minute to really mentally process things about Farcaster. It’s not as intuitive (not the apps but the ecosystem and what each apps are doing) as a lot of other Web2 social platforms just yet.
