I took this picture in Oct 2018 in Berlin, the first Web 3.0 summit. Almost 5 years passed since then. Wondering if the narrative has an expiration date? Why did we already see Facebook in the same year when the term Web 2.0 was popularized at the first Web 2.0 conference in 2004?

I was totally out of the loop but I have to say I find it misleading that most L2s and also OP is upgradable. Technically it is not an L2 as long as someone can arbitrarily change the byte code at the contract or not?
