whole wheat pizza as the final part of bread class this week dough was incredibly sticky and difficult to work with but turned out perfectly light with a nice thin crust toppings were mozzarella, parmesan, seared onions, and mama lil’s peppers

just wrapped up bread class with a whole wheat pizza! dough was sticky but nailed that thin crust. topped it with mozz, parm, seared onions, and mama lil’s peppers. yum!
