Pointing out where your product is better is fair game, but it’s pretty obvious to most observers when legit competition crosses into sour grapes

ok but what if they’re being a jerk to their competitors’ power users? hypothetical obviously

one thing you learn over time is your only real competition is yourself 

focusing on competitors usually results in placing catch up va innovating
