I don't think it's written anywhere, so here goes your welcome pack for videos on Warpcast: 1080p, the maximum duration is between 1 and 2 minutes, with a much better bitrate than on Twitter. As for file size, I'm not sure of the limit, but I haven't had any problems with videos of 500MB. By the way, they usually take a while to process, meaning you won't see the final quality for a few minutes.
Btw, you're not limited to h264. Prores422, f.e., works too.

I was told that little by little everybody will have access to videos. I haven't done anything, apart of filling a form several months ago. I don't know if this is still relevant as the link is no more active, I cant even find it anymore... Maybe you´ll be able in the next days. Just try constantly. When you upload don't forget to change the file extensions from images (png, jpg, gif etc.) to All, and try to upload a small mp4. Hope this helps.
