I hate to admit how much exercise and getting enough sleep helps my mental health.

Yes. Always took this for granted when I was younger but now that I’m a middle aged woman, it’s even more important. Unfortunately, when sleep lacks, so does the exercise. But when they’re in sync, I feel so much better.
