My wife is a "sweet" drinker so I go with whatever is around.

However with the holidays it was enjoyable. Not too sweet  as I had it paired with Ham

Spumante! I don’t touch one of this since ages. I’m not even able to drink extra dry Prosecco anymore. 
Less quantity more quality (low sugar, the better, imho)
