Sam Walton is a good source of founder mode vibes.

When he was in South America he learned their grocery stores were better on some metric I forget, and he pulled out a tape measure to how far apart the aisles were.

Working on building zkTLS infra/products. A ruthless empiricist and meme connoisseur.

I try and mimic some of his leadership styles. Humility and hands-on management approach, he led by example, inspiring both employees and peers with his work ethic and commitment to his vision.

My wife worked for Sam's clubs/Walmart and they all had to read his book. More required reading for management is needed IMO.
