step 1 in the coffee upgrades of 2025: a sub to Perc Coffee.  highly recommended in the internets, but I hadn't heard of them before a week ago. 

Its difficult to get great beans in a small town so until I start roasting again (2025 goals), I was happy to find a good direct mail subscription vs something like Trade.
