Met up with @shilpa and @v for ramen. The chef asked us how spicy we want our ramen from 1-30. I went with 10 and that was full on. I wonder what 24 is like and how he measures such precison

When someone says their spice level goes from 1-30, I do not recommend FAFO

Ya I'm used to the 1-5 scale

Most I've seen was 1-10

I said "10"

They said "no, too hot for you"

I asked "how hot is 10"

He pulled out a bunch of 🌶️ chili's and ate them like they were nothing...
