Met up with @shilpa and @v for ramen. The chef asked us how spicy we want our ramen from 1-30. I went with 10 and that was full on. I wonder what 24 is like and how he measures such precison

I think my palate has developed in a positive manner over the years. However my ability to tolerate spicy foods has decreased. I'd still be game of "10" This in L.A.?
