AI-assisted skill matching to recommend the best candidates. Trust Layer for Hiring Ratings and verified experience badges (e.g., “US Army Mechanic – 8 Years”) provide trust signals for employers. Initial Use Cases Hire a Veteran for a Verified Skill: Need a plumber, mechanic, or IT specialist? Web-Hunters can verify their military/industry experience and match them with available jobs. Remote Work & Digital Gigs: Connect verified professionals to contract, consulting, or freelance work based on blockchain-based skill validation. Why This MVP First? It’s simple but impactful—verifiable hiring is a major pain point in both Web3 and traditional workspaces. Builds trust first, which is key before scaling AI integrations.
