After all that happened this week I came to the conclusion that Warpcast really needs some sort of a support/ticket system. Right now you get help by either shouting your woes into the void or spamming a team member. The official method is contacting support by email, but I haven't seen that one suggested ever. And seeing as many users have a 0/1 spam label, I don't think their casts and DMs get noticed that often.
