Does ITO benefit depend on *amount* staked or just *if* staked?

Stakers can receive 'incentives' through ITOs, varying based on the amount staked. This is why points accumulate when staking $DPAD.

Even without staking, Tippers can receive ITO tokens as tips.

Is there any benefit for staking more than the 10,069 $DPAD and is the eiligibility for the ITOs, additional tokens than what we would get from the degen tipping or is staking required to get anything from the tipping?
