If you wanted to get really crazy you could do quadratic tipping We've already talked about accumulating allowances over a 2-7 day window, so what if repeat tips to the same account within that time window were also applied quadratically, ie every unit tipped after the first unit eats 2n-1 marginal units of allowance

We think it's a good idea. However, we need to consider protocols like us, /degenpad, which reward users with different benefits for their tips. Our Degenpad is an Initial Tips Offering (ITO) Launchpad where users tip to frames and receive allocations of newly launching tokens. This structure naturally encourages users to tip repeatedly to our frames. We're concerned that this might unintentionally lead to restrictions or penalties. Thanks for your tag @fibo112358.eth

That's a great point, and obviously we want to make sure ecosystem dapps can succeed and projects that are worthy of repeat tips can earn. We could add an allowlist for official ecosystem dapps approved by application and committee. Or maybe there's another unique behavior we could filter for that is averse to farming. Any ideas?
