Reverse hyperextension is the best thing you can do to heal and strengthen against possible deadlift injuries. Wishing for a swift recovery 🤞

Cheaper than therapy, less boring than running marathons and takes less time :) It's a taxing exercise and risky if you don't know what you're doing but really good for your back, legs and overall strength. Also great way to increase, preserve bone density which is important as you get older.

Yeah true totally agree! It is the best and also the deadliest exercise. If done properly can reap massive benefits 💪
