Hahaha
Unions can only help you when you are treated unlawfully! If $12 per hour is set as the wage, and you strike for higher wages and benefits, what happens? If strikes are deemed illegal by law, you’ll definitely be fired. If strikes are legal, unions can apply pressure, but tell me, you narrow-minded person: what did the massive strike at Amazon achieve? Nothing yet!
As before, after strikes, workers face increased pressure to leave, with tactics such as targeting them under claims of incompetence or other fabricated reasons, leading to dismissal or forcing them to quit.
The same Amazon, after the recent strikes, will likely target a significant portion of striking workers under various pretexts. 0 reply
