Unwrapped and then unstaked so I could move into the new crowd pool right? 

Do I need to do something in Uniswap/outside rebase to get my ratchet/eth?

Did you unwrap > unstake?

LP is in Uniswap v3

If you want to unwrap your LP position, you currently have to do that on the Uniswap app. Not sure if thats what you're looking for?
