When I speak to people from Crypto Twitter (mostly artists), they say one of the main reasons they don't want to come here is that they think it's all about tip-farming. It feels degen-coded.

The reality is CT has a lot more engagement farmers.

The reason of this perception is the endless "reply-tipping" everywhere. I think tips are great but they're cumbersome in the current UI.

They are no different than hitting the Like button. In fact, I think they are more genuine that just getting a Like.

Would wish to have it as a button too. It also affects the algo in the background
