What's the reason for getting rid of channel hosts and top casters? These currently serve as a great mechanism to discover the top voices on a given topic

1. Top casters -- most people don't find them useful https://warpcast.com/dwr.eth/0x88a29eea 2. Host is changing to Owner and Moderator -- most people will use a bot at scale, so it doesn't matter to share that
