Pretty basic for a “full service” Marriott

-Cable station
-Dumbbells up to 50
-4 treadmills
-other stuff I don’t care about

-smells bad (this dropped it a full point)

I’d say this is similar to many NYC hotel gyms, but it actually smells like the Manhattan sidewalks in the morning inside this gym.

Nope. From a health perspective, I just know that our bodies were not meant to be idle and this is my way to stave off cardiovascular and metabolic disease. From a competitive perspective, I know that my adversaries are out there maintaining and building fitness for next season.

As little time as possible. Maybe twice a year at this hotel. It’s not a good hotel gym. It’s not clean.

I’m can’t exercise when the gym smells bad

The gym smells bad! 
Then i go to the hotel bed again. 

(I'll use this excuse)

As expected, most hotel gyms are just there for show

One thing I can’t stand is bad smell tbh 
That alone would probably make me rate it like 1 or 2 

Decent amenities but disappointing for a full-service Marriott. Unpleasant smell was a letdown.
