Correlation does not always equal causation. We actually have excellent healthcare in the US. Most of this can be attributed to overconsumption of processed foods, increasingly sedentary lifestyle, much higher reliance on automobiles (accidents and again, sedentary lifestyle) suicide, violence, drug overdoses/opioid crisis. 

So the quality of care we are able to provide is second to none. Access is an issue though due to insurance company policy and inneficiency

I agree with a lot of what he wants to do. From what I’ve seen a lot of it focuses on what health more than just healthcare. Our biggest problems are bad diet and lack of real exercise.,
