It has become clear some tippers are engaging in short-term extractive behavior. So beginning within the next day, new restrictions will be enforced:

1. Tips to other tippers won't count toward your tipper score.
2. Within a 7 day rolling window...
  - a max of 15% of allowance can be given to other tippers
  - a max of 15% of allowance can be given to the same user

These changes will benefit honest tippers and hopefully drive more value to underrated users who haven't heard of Farther, which is ultimately the biggest thing that can grow this project over the long term.

By putting that case study you basically enabled this type of behavior by using 100% of tipping towards the number 1 ranked on the @hot100 so now what?  Making more rules to control the herd? The season is not even half way and it’s non stop tweaking. I appreciate the effort but this ain’t it.

You misunderstood the hot100 suggestion. Nowhere did I say you should tip the #1 ranked on that list. What I meant is tippers should use it as a tool to find undervalued accounts. ie: use your own judgement

Anyone who can't adhere to these new restrictions are tip traders and not adding value to the community or token. All tip trading does is create massive useless token inflation, which kills the project.
