Iām always confused by v competent people who are incredible at using analytic tools to tease out really interesting charts, but also have no intuitive sense of what data is actually important or useful

In my experience, most data scientist courses and training start with "Imagine that your boss asked for...." You have to be extra curious and high agency to learn the problem solving aspect of it.
