Clients should support all EVM chains or at least the top 20 most popular.

I made this point before. At the moment if you write a client that implements frames you can support whatever chains you want, but for @warpcast  too there's no reason to not support the most popular EVM chains since code for doing so is very low effort.

Okay done, now who has got a Frame to help me test this?
