if someone is shooting down other people’s ideas in public with a tone of know-it-all,

they are:

noobs who stay that way (i know because i used to be that person)

or

grow up and realize how hard it is to birth ‘anything’ to this world, and keep the shoot-down private while providing constructive feedback
