I think the wisdom of crowds is a real thing and should be harnessed.

Theoretically, they could vote for laws, appoint representatives in different offices, approve budgets… anything.
Practically, I’m thinking voting for only core political issues, major representatives, maybe the yearly budget, and whatever local municipality issue that interests them.

As in common people voting for specific laws?

Somebody was joking about a USA dao last week. Or maybe they weren’t joking.

I’m no democracy fanatic but an actually accessible voting system would be a major improvement.
