a mute is not the same as a block because the person can still reply to your posts with everyone else able to see except you. if anything it is worse because you are not aware that everyone else can see the reply, and there is a certain type of unwell person that gets enraged when you do not interact with their reply

Same type of unwell person that gets enraged when you do not interact gets even more enraged when you block them and they’ll have that chip on their shoulder forever.

I really only mute now, because then they still think they’re getting to me but they’re really just screaming into the void

idk liberal blocking is really the only way i can maintain my twitter usage at this point, people get mad but they tend to give up and find someone else to harass
