Re: OpenSea/Blur, seems like creators are the ones who will take an eventual L. In web2 we saw platforms making moves at their users’ expense to max market share/profit. Asking as someone who genuinely cares about putting value capture/ownership in the hands of people who create value but is increasingly reminded that mercenary behaviour is the norm not the exception (both from a platform and individual pov)

I think here users are the ones not wanting to pay royalty hence forcing competing marketplaces to give up enforcement . The way I see it , either creators will have to set aside 10% of the collection for themselves and then slowly sell to the market or else enforce royalties within contract .
