1 hour of exercise every day for the last 365 days changed my life.
Two years ago, I was a mess—lazy, unhealthy, and injury-prone. A comfortable WFH job, junk food binges, and bad habits led me to a breaking point. In September 2022, I got Alopecia Barbea, triggered by poor sleep, eating habits, and lack of care. That’s when I decided to change.
I joined Cult Elite and started HRX, Yoga, and Strength Training. Gym 4 days a week became 6. Results? I lost 12 kgs—now 77 kgs with visible muscle. But the biggest transformation was mental:
a) Don’t stop when you’re tired, stop when you’re done.
b) Do what needs to be done, even when you don’t want to.
These lessons spilled into my professional life, making me more disciplined, consistent, and committed.
