watched one of my besties, sarah, run a big marathon PB today!

it’s funny because we both use to do athletics together when we were teens and would complain whilst running a warm up lap cos it was too hard

and now shes running marathons!!!! 🤯

I went to London today and saw some runners and was so proud of them!!! Really such a beautiful thing to be able to practice and it be worth it in the end!! Did she run london or Manchester??
