EIP-1599 fee burn is grossly misunderstood. The point of 1559 wasn't to create "ultra sound money". The point of 1559 was to improve UX and a broken fee market model. Fee burn was a nice benefit of the tech design to achieve the above.

Burn is always more decentralized than goes to anyone’s wallet. In DecentralName, anyone can burn fee to create a new namespace(TLD).
