EIP-1599 fee burn is grossly misunderstood. The point of 1559 wasn't to create "ultra sound money". The point of 1559 was to improve UX and a broken fee market model. Fee burn was a nice benefit of the tech design to achieve the above.

100%. Ultrasound money is just a meme that happened later (purely in response to attacks from laser eyed CT accounts).
