I consider myself to be pretty tech saavy, but I cannot for the life of me figure out how Google Analytics works. It is a remarkably unintuitive product.

having worked on it, sad to say it's got a lot of baggage from the urchin days... but the management doesn't want to a brand new product, so we're stuck. sorry about that...
