We’re formalizing key admin roles for the Decent Foundation to improve governance and ensure we stay compliant

These roles include:
- Legal Counsel (Renno & Co) to review proposals ⚖️
- Director (Marc Piano from Harneys Global) to lead the Foundation, based in the Cayman Islands 🌴
