I wonder if Fhenix etc would be a good place to build a web3 password manager. Maybe key management for some sort of Dropbox type system? What else?

For the password manager do you just want better security with lattices? You don’t really need homomorphic operations for passwords.

Unless you wanna add private keys, but then where the decryption happens is a big question.
