Gastric distress is a feature 👍 Funny to me when people try wildly different diets and get really upset with their digestive system is a bit confused.

As someone who has fiber loaded for a long time I never got any benefit from it. It made my symptoms worse and it took me a long time to realize. Different diets for different guts, I say.
