$FARTS experiment has failed and I'm calling it off.

- A contract bug has made it impossible to move funds out of the treasury (to Purple or anyone else)

- Will burn all remaining tokens and renounce ownership soon

I didn't participate, but I feel vicarious pain on behalf of the guys who burnt 1 ETH each because you snap-renounced ownership. Looks like it would've been fine with accessList.
