For ecomm, I just got a a bookeeoer in Doola and tracked my own expenses on a company card and shared it with bookmate. Can hire a cpa as well. Just make sure to not mix it with personal expenses.

Pilot is the go-to solution for startup taxes in the US. If you are doing any stablecoin payments, you can use one of the tools like getfractal.xyz or an alternative. These tools make year-end reconciliations fairly easy!

Here's what we do: 1. Xero for bookkeeping. 2. Find someone to bookkeeping for you on Upwork. 3. If you do a lot of crypto, it may be a headache to track that. We built our own infra and offer it to others as a service. 4. Aggregate data for crypto and journal it periodically. 5. Hire competent accountant for taxes.
