it's incredible-& scary-that Tron now rivals Ethereum on usage. a lot of that is organic, consumer use from people using stablecoins to escape inflation. easy to take it for granted here in the US, but everywhere else, people love USD

Not scary, exciting. But L2s are cheaper, more secure and less captured by a single market player - how do we help them compete?

Doing bridging cheaper as 1 USD txn. In Latin America 20usd just for bridge means a lot of money.

I was actually referring to Tron, where fees have been pushed to be equal to or higher than many L2s. However it’s sticky enough that most are still using it as their primary chain. Even with EIP4844 I don’t expect this to change significantly.

Curious if you’ve used tron yourself. What’s the most trusted wallet?

Ironically Trust Wallet is pretty popular for USDT sends. I personally find most of the ecosystem is fairly sub-par in this regard, but practical often beats perfect.
