curious what's worked best for seed-stage startups.

- Gusto = apparently not
- Deel = yes, curious if anyone here has used it successfully.

fired gusto and now onboarding to Deel for US payroll

Deel seems like the best options for cost and value (can manage intl and us payroll in one palce). although onboarding experience hasn't been great so far tbh
